She has represented over 1,200 workers compensation disability, social security disability and bankruptcy cases. She is a self-motivated professional with an extensive network, which allows her to deliver the most reliable and on-time services to her clients.

Currently, Cynthia Spalding is the Managing Partner of Spalding & Spalding.  Being an attorney is a second career for her. She decided to be a lawyer after serving as a workers’ compensation specialist for the State of California for 13 years. She worked for the employment development department where she helped unemployed and disabled workers.
